H11B1 Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output H11B1 are ideal for isolation applications due to their 5.3 kV working voltage and an input-output insulation voltage of 5.3 kV. The device is packaged in a 6-pin DIP package and has an ultraviolet/visible-light emitting diode (LED) input coupled to a NPN phototransistor output. It has a wide common-mode transient-immunity range (CMR) of 3.3 to 6.7V and can withstand up to 1 sec. of continuous short-circuit protection. The H11B1 optoisolator features superior temperature stability and is highly reliable. It is suitable for communication interface and power supply applications.
