ICPL4502 Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD ICPL4502 is a 5kV optoisolator with a Darlington transistor and a photovoltaic output. It has two isolated channels and it is designed to perform high-voltage isolation between two circuits. It has a low current requirement, with an operating current ranging from 1mA to 20mA and a maximum output voltage of 2500Vrms.
