IS181A Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output IS181A is a high-performance optocoupler featuring a mini-flat-4 design and a transistor output with a photovoltaic output. This optocoupler contains two in-line, hermetically sealed hybrid ICs, each with an LED and a complementary photovoltaic receiver. It is a highly reliable and isolated interface solution, with a high isolation voltage of 5kVrms. This optocoupler is a 4-pin design offering 500mA continuous current transfer, a low saturation voltage and excellent CTR of 550% (@ 5mA). It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and a storage temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output IS181A is an ideal choice for applications requiring- high isolation between the input and output, including consumer, industrial, automotive and medical electronic devices.
