ISD74X Product Details
The ISD74X Optoisolator Transistor Photovoltaic Output range, by Isocom Components 2004 LTD, provides reliable isolation, protection, and signal conversion to a wide range of system applications. Featuring a 5.3KV (5,300 Volts) input to output isolation rating and a 2-channel, 8-Pin Dual Inline Package (DIP) design, the ISD74X is capable of providing signal transfer between two separate circuits and will help protect against signal transients and interference. It is suitable for a variety of industry applications including industrial control, military, and telecom. The device is capable of handling inputs of 5mA, and can process temperatures of -25°C to 100°C. The ISD74X also features a wide range of output current with short-circuit protection and is RoHS Compliant. The optoisolator contains a GaAsP LED, low drive current, and phototransistor, making it ideal for isolating digital and analog signals. The ISD74X is designed to operate with a supply voltage of 7V, allowing for quick and easy power supply design. With a speedy response time of less than 1µs, this optoisolator provides isolated signal transfer with unmatched speed and accuracy.
