ISP814XSM Product Details
The ISP 814XSM Transistor Output Optocoupler, AC Input, 1 Channel, 5.3 kV, 20 %, 50 mA, Surface Mount DIP, 4 Pins from Isocom Components 2004 LTD is a reliable and high-performance isolator designed to protect and interconnect digital, analog, and other switching applications. This optoisolator features a fast symmetrical output with very low reverse leakage and an impedance as low as 10 ohms. With an AC input voltage range of 4.0 through 5.3 kV, the ISP 814XSM can safely isolate an input signal from an output even in high voltage environments. The device’s 20 % variation tolerance further ensures that the isolation of the output is not compromised even in the presence of power supply fluctuations. Other performance features include a 50 mA of current capability, 4 pins of surface mount DIP, and high speed switching time at 2 microseconds. Applications for this optoisolator include motor controls, LED displays, and industrial automation systems.
