The ISP817BXSM Optoisolator from Isocom Components 2004 LTD is a high-performance, low cost, and hi-rel optically coupled isolation device, designed to provide superior modulated optical isolation when used in digital, analog, and power applications. It features a transistor, photovoltaic output format, combined with a reliable, flexible package which makes it ideal for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications. This device is designed to provide superior performance, even in challenging applications, thanks to its high common-mode transient immunity and a large creepage distance of 16mm. Its insulated packages guarantee a high temperature endurance of up to +125°C, depending on model. With a low on-state voltage of 1.2V and an on-state current of 0.7mA, it offers a low power consumption.
