ISP817XSM Product Details
Isocom Components 2004 LTD's ISP817XSM Optoisolators are designed to provide galvanic insulation between two circuits. These devices use an infrared LED coupled to a photo-transistor to transfer electrical signals between two isolated circuits. They feature a high insulation voltage of up to 5.3kV, and a maximum power dissipation of up to 50 mA. The Optoisolators are equipped with a four-pin surface mount DIP package, and with an ambient temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The ISP817XSM are ideal for applications requiring the isolation of high voltage, power, and signal circuits. The devices are RoHS, UL, and CSA certified, providing robust performance and reliability in the most demanding environments.
