ISP844XSM Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISP844XSM are designed for low input-current applications and offer reliable isolation for a wide range of uses. These components are supplied as a surface mount device (SMDIP-16) and feature an optically and electronically coupled transistor output. The isolation voltage of these optoisolators is rated at 4,000V, ensuring complete electrical separation between input and output circuits. The integrated photovoltaic output is designed for applications with an input current of 40 mA and a single, alternating current (AC) input. In addition, the ISP844XSM has zero-cross detection which makes it ideal for interfacing with thyristor controls. With integrated protection circuits and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, these optoisolators provide reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
