ISP845X Product Details
The Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output ISP845X is an isolated, channeled optocoupler with Darlington outputs. The small-sized device features four isolated channels in a 16-pin DIP package and is perfect for use in small PCBs with minimal available space. The input-output coupling protection in the Darlington outputs allows a wide range of output driving capability, while providing a high degree of isolation. Additionally, the ISP845X features a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, excellent CTR performance, and an isolation voltage rating of up to 5kVRMS. This optocoupler is perfect for applications in automated systems and in the automation, industrial equipment, security, and motor control fields.
