Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Triac, SCR Output MOC3020XSM is an optocoupler with triac AC output using a single-channel and a 400V maximum signal rating. It also features a 6-pin PDIP SMD package enabling it to be used with a variety of systems and applications. It adds optically isolated signal capability to any linear, digital, or microprocessor system providing signal isolation up to 5kVrms. The MOC3020XSM has a high common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 15kV/µs and low input current of 1mA. It is useful for switching power loads, TRIAC drivers and motor control applications, providing electrical protection, signal regeneration, and noise filtering. The reliability of the MOC3020XSM is further ensured with temperatures from -40°C to 100°C and an isolation voltage of 5kVrms.
