The Isocom Components 2004 LTD MOC3023XSM Optoisolator Triac, SCR Output provides a high degree of electrical isolation between input and output circuits and is extremely reliable and cost efficient. This device features integrated phototriac driver and output SCR, a high off-state output voltage, and an industry-standard single-in-line package (SIP-6) for easy installation and compatibility with other 6-pin triac optocoupler devices. It is suitable for applications including motor control, switching regulators, and industrial power controls. The MOC3023XSM is rated for 6,600V isolating capability, a peak off-state voltage of 1,500V and 12mA current transfer ratio (CTR). With a very low on-state resistance, it can provide efficient switching and robust protection, even with minimal input current. This device enables a wide operating temperature range, making it suitable for a variety of temperature-sensitive applications.
