The Isocom MOC3062XSM is a 6 pin surface mount DIP optocoupler with Triac output suitable for zero crossing applications. Pairs of infrared LED and a photo triac are in an isolating package, allowing the circuit to be electrically isolated and high mounting density possible. The maximum operating temperature is 85 degrees Celsius and can withstand up to 5.3kV of isolation voltage. It has a maximum output current rating of 600V and is suitable for high speed switching applications.
