PS2505-1X Product Details
Isocom Components 2004 LTD's OPTOISO 5.3KV TRANS 4DIP Optoisolators/Transistor, Photovoltaic Output PS2505-1X are digital isolators designed to provide complete electrical isolation from input to output. This optoisolator series are available in a 4-pin dual-in-line package (DIP) suitable for surface mount or through-hole mounting. It is capable of breaking through high voltages up to 5.3KV, protecting low-voltage systems from voltage transients and surges. The PS2505-1X device has an 8-pin DIP available for an additional I/O port for more complex applications. An LED signal is received from the input port and is optically isolated from the output port. Output can be in the form of either transistor or photovoltaic circuitry. This device has high power surge and transient protection with a maximum peak pulse current of 10A and a maximum peak rep rate current of 5mA. The PS2505-1X is designed for isolation applications in industrial, automotive, medical and computer communication interface. This optoisolator is designed for both high- and low-voltage systems and has a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C. It is also UL approved and available in different sizes and packages.
