TLP521-2X Product Details
Isocom Components 2004 LTD’s Optoisolator - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output TLP521-2X is a reliable and efficient optoisolator designed to protect electronic circuits from high-voltage and high-speed transients. This optoisolator offers 5.3 KV of electrical isolation between the input and output, 2 channels and is packaged in an 8-pin DIP chip-style package. The optoisolator is suitable for both high- and low voltage applications, and uses LED input to trigger a photovoltaic output. Its wide common-mode transient immunity range and low crosstalk makes it an ideal choice for safety-critical applications. This optoisolator comes with high isolation voltage rating and low temperature coefficient, allowing for more efficient operation even in variable environmental conditions. The TLP521-2X is RoHS-compliant and provides excellent noise immunity characteristics to reduce false triggering.
