TLP521-4GR Product Details
The TLP521-4GR Optoisolator from Isocom Components 2004 LTD is a high-performance transistor-photovoltaic output optoisolator with a 5.3kV isolation voltage rating. It features four channels with low current transfer ratio, >100μA, and a 16-pin dual-in-line-package (DIP). The package includes an integrated LED with 4-element photodiode array and a built-in transistor driver circuit. The optoisolator provides superior isolation and noise immunity while ensuring low power consumption and minimising RF interference. With a maximum on-state current of 80mA and high off-state current transfer ratio of 3.8µA, it is well-suited for low-power industrial control applications, medical devices and automotive systems. Suitable for operation up to +100°C, it offers excellent surge protection, insulation strength, and long-term reliability, making it an ideal choice for high voltage and isolation needs.
