Isocom Components' 2004 LTD Optoisolator Transistor, Photovoltaic Output TLP521X is a perfect isolated application, designed to provide 5300 Vrms of electrical isolation for added protection and efficiency. Just the right size for PCB mounting, the 4 DIP package measures just 6.1 x 4.9 x 3.2 mm, allowing for tighter board mounting for high-density applications. With a high power transfer efficiency at 1.4 mA and a CTR of 50 to 400%, this high-efficiency device is designed for long-term performance. As a single-channel, integrated circuit, the TLP521X has a uniform and symmetric optical action, better than 25 dB crosstalk immunity, and greater noise immunity with its PicoPulse technology. Complete with an output voltage of 80 mV (typ) and a current limit of 10 to 30 mA (max), this high-efficiency opto integrated circuit offers both performance and reliability.
