This device will operate when the forward voltage is set to 520mV.In order to prevent the surge current from exceeding 500A, it should be monitored.As long as the forward voltage is set to 20A, the device will operate.The reverse voltage peak of this device is 20mA.The maximum reverse leakage current from a semiconductor device when reverse biased is 150mA.In electronic or electrical devices, this is the device that produces the most 115W heat (energy loss or waste).
