In operation, this device will be set to 850mV volts forward.A maximum output voltage of 60A is supported by array.Surge currents should be monitored and prevented from exceeding 600A.A forward voltage of 30A will enable the device to operate.In devices such as this one, reverse voltage peak is set at 2mA.When reverse biased, its maximum reverse leakage current is 2mA, which is the current coming from that semiconductor device.
