Devices that have a forward voltage of 480mV will operate.As a general rule, surge currents should be monitored and kept below 600A.This device will operate when the forward voltage is set to 80A.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 40mA.When reverse biased, its maximal reverse leakage current is 40mA, which is the current flowing from that semiconductor device.
