In order to increase flexibility, the package 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used.A packaging method of Bulk is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.WGate driversh a 10V~35V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number IX4*11.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.A total of 16 pins are available for component connections.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 650V.
