Tape & Reel (TR) is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.To facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.The power management is targeted at Overvoltage, Undervoltage Protection and other applications.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~125°C .The power management operates at a voltage of 13V~25V volts.It is recommended to conduct the power ic's supply current at 3mA volts.
