There is greater flexibility with the 44-LCC (J-Lead) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.Configuration is based on 6 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 8V~35V demonstrates its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type.Many related parts can be found under its base part number IXA531.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.When the device is designed, it has 44 pins.There is a maximum output current of 600mA.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 650V.For its basis, 6 outputs are integrated.A maximum operating temperature of 125°C is permissible.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.Using 2W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 35V.A supply voltage of 8V is the minimum value required to operate the device.
