IXA531S10 Overview
For greater flexibility, the 48-VFQFN package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 8V~35V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.The configuration starts with 48 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number IXA531.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 48 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.An output current as high as 600mA can be achieved at maximum power.A total of 48 pins are available for component connections.There can be a voltage up to 650V on the high-side (Bootstrap).For its basis, there are 3 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 600mA.According to its maximum power dissipation, 2W is capable of conducting and transferring a large amount of power without overheating.
