IXCY20M35 Overview
In package Tube, buck boost converter is included.In this case, voltage regulator has been packaged in the same way as TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63.Surface Mount is used to mount this current regulator on the board.There should be no temperature above -55°C~150°C at the time of operation.2 terminations are treated as terminations of transmission lines that use a voltage regulator with the characteristic impedance of the line as the means to terminate the transmission line.There is a IXC*20M family member who is related to current regulator.When a computer or other communication constant current regulator has 3 pins, these are pronged contacts.There is a Surface Mount mounting bracket on the back of this current regulator.There is no reason why the constant current cannot work as long as it is powered by a 10VV power source.With its high output current, 20mA is capable of offering maximum design flexibility.This power converter utiliANALOG CIRCUITes an analog integrated circuit (IC) called ANALOG CIRCUIT.As a result, these current regulations are included in a part called Power Management Circuits, which consists of these current regulations.It operates with the minimal supply voltage of 450V.These FPGAs belong to the IXC series.The maximal supply current (Isup) supplied for current regulation's operation reaches 22mA.
