Bridge rectifier is equipped wBridge rectifierh 4 pin count.The component is available as a ECO-PAC1 package.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 100μA.There is no mounting method for the device.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ.Current surges should be monitored and not exceeded.
