VBO25-12NO2 Overview

This device operates from a forward voltage of 38A.Basically, it's an electronic component with a 4-Square, FO-A package.Monitoring the reverse leakage current and not allowing it to exceed300μA is necessary.A Screw mounting method is used for the device.In order for rectifier to operate normally, rectifier must be kept at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ.A surge current should not exceed 370A and should be monitored.The device is powered by a reverse voltage of 5mA.
