CPC1017NTR Description
The CPC1017N uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to offer 1500Vrms of input to output isolation. It is a tiny single-pole, normally-open (1-Form-A) solid state relay in a 4-pin SOP package. The optically connected output is controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED, while the photovoltaic die and super-efficient MOSFET switches are both included within the unique OptoMOS architecture developed by IXYS Integrated Circuits Division. The CPC1017N is one of the smallest relays in the world thanks to the cutting-edge double-molded vertical construction packaging from IXYS Integrated Circuits Division. Compared to the bulkier 4-pin SOP relay from the rival, it delivers a board space reduction of at least 20%.
