CPC1466D Overview

The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package reduces the amount of space on a board.Packing is done according to the Tube method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.The telecom IC is composed of 1 circuits.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.The supply voltage of 35V enables designers to have a great deal of flexibility.Telecom product operates with 1.5μA's supply current to give designers a lot of flexibility.During normal operation, a minimum value of -40°C is set for the temperature.85°C is set to the maximum value to ensure normal operation.30V is the minimum voltage that should be supplied.A lower voltage than 39V should be supplied.
