The 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package reduces the amount of space on a board.In order to pack telecommunications equipment, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There is a type Surface Mount mount for this telecom circuit.An 1-circuit makes up this telecom IC .Improved efficiency can be ensured when the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is provided.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~110°C.Telecom switching is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction.28 pins are present on this telecom interface.The current supply is 2mA.With the voltage of 5V as its supply voltage, designers have a great deal of flexibility.In addition to providing many benefits for designers, it operates using 2mA as a supply current.To ensure normal operation, -40°C must be set at a minimum value.A maximum value of 110°C is set to ensure normal operation.Ideally, the voltage should be at least 4.5V.Telecommunications device is recommended to supply a voltage lower than 5.5V.Normally, the supply current should remain at 1μA.This telecommunication product can work with 110Ohm-resistances.
