CPC7595ZC Overview

20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to save board space.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Tube method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.1 circuits are used in this telecom IC .A higher supply voltage for 4.5V~5.5V will improve efficiency.Reliable performance can be offered when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~110°C.Mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.This telecom interface contains 20 pins.Telecom equipment operates wit h a supply current of 2mA.Telecom product operates with the supply voltage of 5V to provide much flexibility for designers.A designer can make use of this telecom circuit by operating with the 2mA supply current.To ensure normal operation, -40°C must be set at a minimum value.Ensure normal operation by setting the temperature to the maximum value of 110°C.The voltage supplied should be 4.5V at least.If the voltage supplied is lower than 5.5V, telecommunications device should be used.The supply current should be kept at 1μA for normal operation.The telecommunication product can work with a resistance of 110Ohm.
