IAD110P Overview

Space is saved on the board by using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Telecommunications equipment is packed according to Tube's method.In this case, Surface Mount is the mounting type.Telecom circuit is made up of 1 circuits.Wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a high supply voltage, 1.2V can be operated more efficiently.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.A Surface Mount-axis mount is used.A 16 pin is included in this telecom interface.An electric current of 50mA is supplied to telecom equipment .To give designers much flexibility, it uses 50mA as the supply current.To ensure normal operation, -40°C must be set at a minimum value.Normal operation is ensured by setting 85°C to the maximum value.A resistance of 35Ohm can be used with it.
