A 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used to reduce board space requirements.The way of Tube is employed for telecommunications equipment packing.Surface Mount is used as telecommunications equipment mounting type.1 circuits are used in this telecom IC .Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at -40°C~85°C.Mounted in Surface Mount-direction.For normal operation, the temperature is set at -40°C minimum.To ensure normal operation, 85°C is set at maximum.
