IX2113BTR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is set to 10V~20V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.In the device, there are 16 pins.Max (Bootstrap) can be as high as 600V.For its basis, 2 outputs are integrated.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1.25W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.The maximum voltage for operation is 20V.This device operates at 10V as the minimum supply voltage.Mosfet gate drivers outputs 1.6V as voltage.During operation, a voltage of 236μA is applied to the power supply.
