IX2127N Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Tube represents the package.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9V~12V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.There can be a voltage up to 600V on the high-side (Bootstrap).The basis has 1 integrated outputs.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.Mosfet gate drivers is configured wMosfet gate driversh 1 channels for operation.
