For greater flexibility, the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~30V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -55°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 1.5A.Temperatures greater than 150°C are not allowed.Temperatures below -55°C are allowed as the minimum.Mosfet gate drivers is configured wMosfet gate driversh 2 channels for operation.
