In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-VDFN Exposed Pad is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~30V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.The maximum output current can amount to 1.5A.There is a maximum acceptable operating temperature of 150°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -55°C.Mosfet gate drivers is configured wMosfet gate driversh 2 channels for operation.
