IXDN630MCI Overview
Its TO-220-5 package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.In the absence of a 9V~35V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-55°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Devices are mounted by Through Hole.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 30A.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.An output current of 30A is supported.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.The maximum voltage for operation is 35V.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 7V must be maintained.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 9V.The supply voltage of this device is 10μA and it operates with that voltage.Operation of the device is limited to 1 channels.
