IXDN630YI Overview

Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package.Tube is the form of the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 12.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.An output current as high as 30A can be achieved at maximum power.For its basis, 1 outputs are integrated.Mosfet driver supports an output current of 30A.There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.For operation, 35V is the maximum supply voltage.The supply voltage of 10V is its minimum value for operation.In this case, the voltage is 12.5V.During operation, a voltage of 10μA is applied to the power supply.Operation is configured with 1 channels.
