Its 8-SMD, Flat Lead package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.Using a 8V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~85°C.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.
