LC4256V-5F256BI Overview
A FBGA package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of EE PLD components. This device features 160 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 36 logic elements/cells. An electrical supply voltage of 3.3V powers it. As a whole, it has 256 terminations. 256 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 3.3V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 105°C. Operating temperatures should exceed -40°C. In addition to this, it has 256 pins. 16 logic blocks (LABs) make up its basic building blocks. This device operates at a frequency of 227.27MHz in order to provide high efficiency. A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 3V, it is able to work properly. This FPGA has a maximum frequency of around 322MHz, which is not too high. For its operation, 12.5mA is used as the supply current. A feature of this system is also called YES, which gives it a unique characteristic. There are 4 dedicated inputs which are used to detect the status of input signals on the platform. The main building blocks of a CPLD can be found in this device, namely 256 macro cells. Using EEPROM memory, resources can be avoided conflicts and data can be stored efficiently.
