There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 36-VFBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 25 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 1280 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Fpga chips operates at a voltage of 1.14V~1.26V and uses a battery to supply power. The iCE40? LP Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. Fpga chips is important to maintain the operating temperature wFpga chipshin the range of -40°C~100°C TJ when operating the machine.
