A 16-XFBGA, WLCSP package is provided with this component. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. A total of 10 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. The basic building blocks of logic contain 1280 logic elements/cells. Fpga chips is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.14V~1.26V . It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the iCE40? LP series of FPGAs. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of -40°C~100°C TJ. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space. As a whole, it has 16 terminations. There are 65536 RAM bits that are available with this device. There is a maximum RAM si8kBe of 8kB on this FPGA module, which is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the program. 160 LABs/CLBs are integrated into this FPGA. With a 1.2V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. CLBs are the building blocks of its architecture.
