There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 100-LQFP package and X package. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. 79 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. The supply voltage is 2.5V volts. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. There is a 2.375V~3.465V-volt supply voltage required for the device to operate. This device is equipped with 80 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray.
