A 100-LFBGA, CSPBGA package is provided with this component. Fpga chips consists of FLASH PLD elements. Having 74 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. Logic blocks consist of 640 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.8V volts is required. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. In order for it to operate, the supply voltage must be 1.71V~3.465V . There are many types of FPGAs in the MachXO series, this is one of them. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ range. In this device, 74 outputs are incorporated in order to provide you with maximum flexibility. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. In total, the terminations of this piece are 100. LCMXO640 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. There are 100 pins on this device. The FPGA consists of 80 LABs/CLBs.
