A 256-BGA package contains it, and it is available for download. In this kind of FPGA, FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY is used. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. The basic building blocks of logic contain 10200 logic elements/cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part.
