There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LQFP package and X package. An FPGA of this type is made up of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY gates. A total of 97 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block contains 6100 logic elements or cells. 1.2V volts power it.
