GHS 20-SME Overview
For safety reasons, the current sensors are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. In order to protect the devices from damage, these current sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). These current sensors should supply no more than 14mA current. There is a termination of 8 on the current sensors. While working, these current sensors can supply voltage of 5V. Current sensors should be set to 4.5V for the minimum voltage supply. However, the voltage supplied by current sensors should not exceed 5.5V.
