TO-205AD, TO-39-3 Metal Can is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Bulk external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 10V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -55°C~125°C TA.LH0070-0 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 10mA inputs.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 11.4V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 11.4V~40V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 10V.It operates on a supply current of 5mA for its operation.It is tested at 10.03V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.
