LT1021CCH-5#PBF Overview
A handy TO-205-8, TO-5-8 Metal Can package is used.Uses the handy Series, Buried Zener package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.05% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Search "LT1021" for other relevant parts.Applications with 10mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 7.2V~40V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 5V.During operation, it uses a current of 1.5mA as its supply current.
