Driver ICs with enhanced 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are excellent for driving LEDs with common characteristics.In the Tube package, this receiver is mounted.With its Transceiver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this wide receiver.With respect to the power supply, this differential driver uses 5V~15V.At any one time, this electronic part can have up to 3/3 eligible receivers/drivers.The operating temperature of this ic receiver is 0°C~70°C. It is primarily designed for applications with low temperatures.This line driver ic can operate efficiently with a supply voltage range of 12V.The integrated terminations of this wide receiver allow it to drive and receive signals from data.ICs that are packaged with market standard pinouts are available on the market.LT1039 is the base part number for this part, and it identifies the product type, temperature, packaging, etc., so you can search for more variants with it.This is a 18-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control.The package size of this optical transceiver has been dramatically reduced by downsizing ICs and using high-density Surface Mount mounting techniques.In most cases, the receiver will be specified with a 3-bit resolution.There are 1 transceivers implemented in this module isolated transceiver.On the integrator circuit are embedded 3 drivers.can transceivers with an input current greater than 5mA may have malfunctions.It is recommended to keep the operating temperature of the line driver ic above -12V.A 15V maximum dual supply voltage arrangement is provided as part of this integrated circuit.This can transceiver handles dual supply voltage, so make sure you choose a power supply that can output 5V.
